"Demain" means the day after, and "la veille" means the day before.
So what could "c'est pas demain la veille" possibly mean?
This expression actually means that something is not about to happen. Something might eventually happen, but not for a very long time.
So, "ce n'est pas demain la veille" - it's as if it will never happen.
Let me give you some examples, because this expression is a bit tricky.
They'll help you understand better and, most importantly, you'll be able to use it in sentences. Here's a first example:
Clara and Pierre broke up a year ago, and Pierre still cries every day. "Ce n'est pas demain la veille" that he'll get over her.
It's not going to happen anytime soon.
And here's a second example.
"Ce n'est pas demain la veille" that I'll be able to take a vacation. I have so much work - I work every day until 10 PM and I start at 7 AM. I have no idea when I'll be able to take time off. It's not happening anytime soon.
